So far, our students have enjoyed Elements of Art, Chinese, Folk Tales, and various technology classes. We have two more HATS sessions to go, and we excited for the classes to come.

From the Principal's Desk

"Fourth quarter is here, which means the end of school is near. This quarter always seems to fly by in a blur, but when you consider all that's accomplished in the 4th quarter, it makes sense. Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders begin the SBAC this week. They have been working hard, and our teachers have done an excellent job preparing them for this assessment. Since the testing is all computer based, one of our focuses this year has been on familiarizing the students with computers. A big thank you to Ms. Jennifer, our lab teacher, for accomplishing this. This week we also welcome a Boise-based artist to our school to guide our kindergarteners, 1st, and 2nd graders through an art residency project. A videographer comes on Wednesday. Check back for the video. We'll make sure to make it available on our website. In other school news, our 5th graders are gearing up for Outdoor School. More information will be sent home soon. Outdoor School is a nice way to send our big kids off to their next adventure of middle school. As we say goodbye to our 5th graders, we are also making room for our future Wolverines. Kindergarten registration is going to be on Friday, April 28th. Please call Linda Lee at (208)267-2956 to make your registration appointment. We are looking forward to a productive 4th quarter. Go Wolverines!"
